The active repair area was fully contained with protective barriers, allowing safe excavation and sewer line replacement within the facility.
Selective demolition and excavation exposed the damaged sewer line, allowing crews to safely perform repairs below the existing floor system.

Project Scope

This project involved repairing a damaged sewer line beneath an active bowling facility and restoring the space to full operation. Work included selective demolition, excavation, installation of new sewer piping, and complete reconstruction of the floor system. The area was fully restored with new concrete, rebuilt wood substructure, and reinstalled carpet tiles, followed by final cleaning and finishing.
