New Construction

Utility locating and site layout in progress ahead of storage facility construction.
This project involved the construction of a new pre-engineered metal storage facility, including full site development, concrete slab installation, and building erection. Work began with site preparation activities, including tree removal, relocation of existing Connex boxes, and installation of erosion control measures. The team then completed excavation, grading, and construction of a reinforced concrete slab with perimeter footings, including subgrade compaction, aggregate base placement, and quality control testing to ensure long-term structural performance. Following site development, the team installed a 24' x 30' pre-engineered metal building rated for 140 mph wind loads, complete with doors, windows, and insulated roofing. Electrical work included installation of new underground service, a subpanel, interior and exterior lighting, receptacles, and ventilation systems. The project concluded with final grading, site stabilization, and installation of replacement trees to meet environmental requirements.
